Nobilis et egregius vir Magister Lucas quondam Egidii Venture de Signorellis civis et pictor cortonensis sanus per dei gratia mente corpore et intellectu, nolens intestatus discedere ne post eis obitum de bonis suis aliqua scandali materia inter posteros orciatur presens suum testamentum quod vulgo dicitur sine scriptis facere procuravit et fecit in hunc modum et formam videlicet. In primis quia anima est nobilia cunctis rebus illam humilitate ac devote omnipotenti deo et omnibus celestibus curie abitantibus comendavit.
