dicto Iohanni Antonio ibidem presenti, et pro se suisque heredibus et successoribus recipienti et stipulanti, et se bene tacitum et pagatum de dictis centum et decem et octo florenis auri largis a dicto Iohanne Antonio vocavit, dixit et asseruit. Promisit que insuper dictus magister Luchas, per se suosque heredes et successores, ullo unquam tempore, occasione suprascriptorum aliquid aliud petere etc. a dicto Iohanne Antonio vel suis heredibus etc., exceptioni non numerate pecunie omnino renumptians ipse magister Luchas. Que omnia et singula etc. dictus magister Luchas per se suosque heredes et successores promisit solemniter et convenit dicto Iohanni Antonio ibidem presenti et pro se suisque heredibus et successoribus stipulanti et recipienti, ea omnia et singula atendere et observare etc. ac rata et grata habere etc. sub pena dupli etc. Que pena etc., qua pena etc., Pro quibus omnibus et singulis observandis et ratis et gratis habendis prefatus magister Luchas obligavit et ypothecavit dicto Iohanni Antonio ut supra presenti et stipulanti, se principaliter et omnia sua bona presentia et futura et heredes etc. Renumptians insuper et qui renumptiavit etc. Iuravit etc. Rogans etc., dans licentiam etc. rendendi etc. preceptum etc.
